Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking Presale Associates for our new Arrowhead location in Peoria, AZ. This entry-level role offers a unique chance to shape the Grand Opening and set the tone for a successful gym launch.

You will build community relationships, generate quality leads, and support events and promotions while upholding Crunch's No Judgments philosophy. Enthusiastic, organized individuals with a passion for fitness are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach and relationship-building.
• Ability to generate quality leads through conversations.
• Willing to support events and promotions.
• Strong integrity and professional conduct.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Create quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand.
• Generate leads in conversations to support future sales.
• Execute action items to launch the gym, including social media and flyers.
• Support the management team in events for presale outreach (on-sites, cyber sales, BBQs, grand openings).
• Demonstrate integrity when interacting with the community and qualify quality leads.

Presale Associates needed for our NEW Arrowhead location! Here We GROW Again! Are you a potential Presale Associate and ready to leave average in the past? With 95+ locations currently and 100+ more planned; our Pre-Sale Associate position offers a tremendous opportunity for growth & career advancement. This position is for a club that is in the pre-sale phase and not currently open. Be part of the team from beginning to set the tone for a successful Grand Opening! What We Look For In Our Presale Associates

• Creating quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand
• Producing leads in the community during conversations to support future sales
• Executing action items that will help get the gym off to the right start; social media and handing out flyers, etc.
• Support the management team in any events necessary for presale to get the word out into the surrounding area such as; on sites, 1-day cyber sale event, BBQs, and the grand opening party
• Showcasing strong integrity when interacting with the community, getting only quality leads from those who are interested in potentially joining
