Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking Presale Associates for our new Burleson location, joining during the presale phase to set the tone for a successful Grand Opening. Build relationships, generate leads, and assist with outreach strategies before the club opens.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, professional, and able to work weekends; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Join a fast-growing brand with strong benefits and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing, organized and service minded.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work with a team and represent the Crunch brand.
• Willing to work weekends and attend local events for outreach.
• Willing/able to walk and visit local businesses for lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Create quality relationships in the community, representing Crunch brand.
• Generate leads during conversations to support future sales.
• Assist with pre-opening tasks: social media, flyers, events.
• Support management in presale events and grand opening preparations.
• Ensure professional and engaging interactions to obtain high-quality leads.

Presale Associates needed for our NEW Burleson location!

This position is for a club that is in the presale phase and not currently open. Be part of the team from beginning to set the tone for a successful Grand Opening!

What We Look For In Our Presale Associates

• Creating quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand
• Producing leads in the community during conversations to support future sales
• Executing action items that will help get the gym off to the right start; social media and handing out flyers, etc.
• Support the management team in any events necessary for presale to get the word out into the surrounding area such as; on sites, 1-day cyber sale event, BBQs, and the grand opening party
• Showcasing strong integrity when interacting with the community, getting only quality leads from those who are interested in potentially joining
