Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking Presale Associates for our new McKinney North location. Be part of the team from the ground up to set the tone for a successful Grand Opening and help build a thriving community around Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.

Join a growing fitness brand with 95+ locations and 100+ more planned, where you will generate leads, build relationships, and support events to drive presale momentum and member signups.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local businesses to create quality community relationships.
• Generate leads through conversations, social media, and on-site outreach.
• Assist with presale activation tasks, including flyers and events.
• Support the management team for presale-related events and outreach.
• Walk and visit local businesses to expand the community footprint.
• Be available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

This position is for a club that is in the presale phase and not currently open. Be part of the team from beginning to set the tone for a successful Grand Opening!

What We Look For In Our Presale Associates

• Creating quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand
• Producing leads in the community during conversations to support future sales
• Executing action items that will help get the gym off to the right start; social media and handing out flyers, etc.
• Support the management team in any events necessary for presale to get the word out into the surrounding area such as; on sites, 1-day cyber sale event, BBQs, and the grand opening party
• Showcasing strong integrity when interacting with the community, getting only quality leads from those who are interested in potentially joining
