Job summary

Crunch Fitness is opening a new Rayzor Ranch club and seeks energetic Presale Associates to help drive community engagement and generate leads before the grand opening. You will assist in on-site outreach, social media activity, and marketing efforts to create momentum for a successful launch.

The role emphasizes a no-judgments culture, teamwork, and a readiness to work weekend hours, with opportunities for growth as the club scales across Texas and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Create quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand.
• Generate leads in community conversations to support future sales.
• Execute action items to set the gym up for a successful grand opening (social media, flyers, etc.).
• Support management in presale events (on-site visits, sales events, BBQs, grand opening).
• Represent Crunch with integrity and focus on high-quality leads.

Here We GROW Again! Are you a potential Presale Associate and ready to leave average in the past? Be a part of one of the greatest growth stories ever told in the fitness industry. With 95+ locations currently and 100+ more planned; our Presale Associate position offers a tremendous opportunity for growth & career advancement.

This position is for a club that is in the presale phase and not currently open. Be part of the team from beginning to set the tone for a successful Grand Opening!

• Creating quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand
• Producing leads in the community during conversations to support future sales
• Executing action items that will help get the gym off to the right start; social media and handing out flyers, etc.
• Support the management team in any events necessary for presale to get the word out into the surrounding area such as; on sites, 1-day cyber sale event, BBQs, and the grand opening party
• Showcasing strong integrity when interacting with the community, getting only quality leads from those who are interested in potentially joining
