The role includes representing the brand at local events, maintaining office and field site organization, and delivering a high-energy customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile.
• Introduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community before opening.
• Identify leads and sign up new members in-office and in the field.
• Represent Crunch Fitness at community events and street promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices and off-site locations.
• Set a positive energy and tone for teammates and members.
• Assist in daily pre-opening activity planning.
• Tour potential members and aim for sign-ups.
• Answer phone calls professionally and energetically.

• Introduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym’s grand opening
• Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
• Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
• Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
• Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
• Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
• Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
• and HAVE FUN!!!

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Proficient reading and writing skills
