Qualifications

• Education: Technical Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of electrical or systems experience or CAD/Revit/Accubid with 5+ years in Manufacturing/Construction preferred.
• Travel: 15-40%

Responsibilities

• Works with the Preproduction Manager, Project Managers, and Estimating team on budgets, cost alternatives, change orders, and proposals.
• Supports by developing design, budgeting, and model coordination for projects.
• Keeps Preproduction Manager updated on changes and modifications.
• Manage project submittal and RFIs.
• Provides field support during construction and may work on site as needed.
• Attends site meetings and site visits to document conditions.
• Documents value engineering solutions and cost elements.
• Assists engineering in developing designs to meet goals.
• Supports collection of schedule/production data for project control functions.
• Supports MEP coordination with other contractors.
• Supports as-built/documentation process.
• Participates in hiring referrals and mentoring programs.
