Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ink Technician to join our team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality blended inks, ensuring color accuracy, and maintaining production schedules using the Ink Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate within the Ink Management System to produce blended inks that meet customer specifications.
2. Perform color matching and ink formulation to ensure quality and consistency.
3. Weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks efficiently to customer equipment.
4. Maintain accurate records of color matches, ink adjustments, and inventory levels.
5. Ensure a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
6. Inspect returned ink for quality and recycling possibilities.
7. Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Coursework in Chemistry or Industrial Manufacturing is a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in ink formulation, blending, or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
