Job summary

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Digital Prepress Team Lead to join our Minnesota team. This role focuses on leading the prepress team, mentoring colleagues, and driving continuous improvement across core processes.

We offer the DailyPay benefit and a Monday–Friday shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Prior print industry experience is a plus.

• Coach and mentor others in their daily tasks and performance.

• Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure prepress actions are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

• Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes as well as employee performance.
• Learn the key business systems and programs in use and adapt to new systems as they become available.

Your Shift

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

You Must Have

• Previous experience in the print industry or a related field.
• Experience in customer relations and leading others to achieve their best performance.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage others individually or in a team setting.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19-22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
