PURE BUTTONS COM LLC is seeking a Prepress Technician in Brunswick, OH. You will ensure client files are production-ready, accurately prepared, and meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing files, manipulating with Adobe Creative Suite, solving issues with teams, and preparing color proofs and impositions for large format printers. The role emphasizes expertise with Mac systems, digital formats, and a commitment to learning new graphics software as technology evolves.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Mac experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced skills with working with digital file formats (PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Experience with imposition software highly desirable.
• Knowledge of digital printing processes and ability to output digital files to various output devices.
• Commitment to learning and utilizing new graphics software as technologies evolve.

As a Prepress Technician, you will be vital in ensuring that client files are production-ready, accurately prepared, and meet our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing electronic files received from clients for completeness and accuracy before digital print production.
• Using Adobe Creative Suite software to manipulate customer-supplied files
• Identifying and resolving missing or problematic components by collaborating with Customer Service Representatives, clients, and production personnel.
• Creating color proofs for customer review, as necessary.
• Creating imposition for a large format digital printers.
• Performing quality checks on finished products for accuracy

Compensation

Starting at $23.00 - $28.00 hourly
