Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn product knowledge in department.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salad, and pizza.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks stock dates for freshness and rotates products.
• Assists with organizing seasonal items and inventory.
• Records spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensures proper signing and pricing are in place.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
