Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Boston seeks a Team Member to support Prepared Foods, including preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities include serving hot and cold foods, stocking displays, and following health and safety guidelines while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks in-stock product dates to ensure freshness.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
