Job summary

Whole Foods Market Lincoln is seeking Team Members for the Prepared Foods area to assist with production, labeling, dating, and stocking, while delivering courteous, friendly service to customers and team members.

You will follow health and sanitation standards, rotate stock, and participate in opening, mid, and closing duties; the role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; long periods standing and walking.
• Strong communication and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
