Responsibilities

• Assist production for Prepared Foods venues.
• Label, date, open, cover, and rotate products properly.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and following recipes.
• Document waste and spoilage using forms.
• Maintain clean, organized walk-ins and freezers.
• Provide courteous customer service and suggestive selling.
• Open, mid, and closing duties; verify signs and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and maintain sanitation standards.
