Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Keeps all prepared foods labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and accurate signage.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
