• Ensure proper labeling, dating, covering, and rotation of products.
• Maintain product quality and adherence to guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product information.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Report safety hazards and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
