Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Bradenton, FL is seeking an entry-level Team Member to support prepared foods production, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. You will ensure proper labeling, dating, rotation, and customer service that reflects our brand.

Responsibilities include assisting with production, keeping walk-ins and freezers organized, following recipes, and maintaining cleanliness. You’ll engage with customers, handle pricing signs, and participate in required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures product production is performed using correct measuring devices and all recipes are followed.
• Helps customers understand the difference between WFM products and products at conventional stores.
• Maintains clean and organized walk-ins and freezers.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; works scheduled shifts and attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists with suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
