Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures production uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM and other stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and well-organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean work areas and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures signage and pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
