Mother’s Market & Kitchen is seeking a Prepared Foods Manager to lead teams in the Kitchen, Deli, and Juice Bar, ensuring top-quality food, service, and operations.

You will oversee staff development, inventory control, and cost management while maintaining safety standards and health regulations. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-department collaboration, and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing food service operations (prefer 3–5 years in similar settings).
• High school diploma or GED is required; culinary or hospitality diploma is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach staff in the Kitchen, Juice Bar, and Deli across front and back of house.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline team members to maintain high performance and morale.
• Create a positive culture by recognizing achievements and leading from the front.
