Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead at Sam's Club in Appleton, WI. You will supervise hourly associates, drive sales in prepared foods, and ensure member needs are met by coordinating with other departments to execute business plans and maintain standards.

You will model expertise in prepared foods, manage production, training, and compliance, and leverage digital tools to improve the shopping experience and associate engagement.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods team to meet business goals and ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance across the prepared foods area.
• Collaborate with associates and other departments to plan, train and execute store programs.
