Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must adhere to Chick-fil-A's appearance and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of perishable items.
• Collaborate with Back of House team members to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food items.
• Adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in inventory management and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent food waste and ensure freshness.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members as needed.
