What You’ll Do

  • Cook and prepare a variety of food products, meats, vegetables, poultry, sauces, soups, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to daily needs.
  • Understand and abide by the company’s cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Be able and willing to perform all kitchen position duties.
  • Interact with all team members in a positive productive manner.
  • Consistently comply with and help monitor our portion and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation continuously throughout service.
  • Able to handle a knife efficiently and safely.
  • Receive and check in daily deliveries accurately and put away in proper location.
  • Communicate any product needs in an efficient manner.
  • Thorough and timely cleaning of entire work areas at the close of business.
  • Willing to assist in other food service/production areas.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays
  • Must adhere to all uniform policies and procedures.
  • All other related duties as required and assigned.
