Key Responsibilities :

  • Food Preparation : Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and innovate new menu items, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Inventory Management :

  • Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

Quality Control :

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, including chefs, line cooks, and servers, to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Customer Interaction :

  • Occasionally interact with customers to understand their preferences and receive feedback, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Problem Solving :

  • Address any issues that arise during food preparation or service, implementing solutions to maintain quality and efficiency.

Training and Mentoring :
