Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Prepare food items adhering to portion, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and cleanliness of work areas.
• Ensure sanitation of kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Participate as a team player, ensuring excellent service and product delivery.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferably have culinary training or experience in a high-volume fine dining setting.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility for physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a high-end restaurant or club setting.
