Job summary

Chili's is looking for Team Members to play a core role in our Heart of House. You will execute recipe procedures, prepare a variety of foods, and maintain safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, team-spirited, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment. Prior kitchen experience is a plus, and we offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using basic kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Prior experience in food prep or similar service role preferred.

• Properly execute all recipe procedures
• Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
