Job summary

The Idea Collective's Three Birds in Dayton, OH is seeking a Prep Cook who is organized, reliable, and meticulous to support daily service. You will back the kitchen, wash, chop, set up, prepare, plan, stock, and clean as needed to keep guests satisfied.

Prep cooks set up the entire Three Birds team for a successful service. We depend on you to wash, chop, set up, prepare, plan, stock, and clean during the day. You are the backbone of the back of the house, and you the lynchpin of our guest's dining experience.
