Position Overview

Three Birds is a modern neighborhood New American restaurant serving chef-driven lunch and dinner menus. It opened Summer 2025 and is the third concept from The Idea Collective in Dayton, OH, alongside Sueño and Tender Mercy/Dōzo, under the direction of Executive Chef Jorge Guzman.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain dishware, single and commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure a sanitary kitchen environment.
• Supply clean dishes and kitchen utensils to the service and prep teams in a timely manner, supporting a fast‑paced and sometimes high‑stress work environment.
• Operate with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are spotless and functional.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff, acting as the cornerstone that keeps service running smoothly.
