Job Summary

The Prep Cook prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable health and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

1. Obtaining daily production schedules from the Chef.
2. Preparing items following recipes and quantities.
3. Completing and following worksheets and logs, tasting meals for quality.
4. Operating and cleaning equipment after each use.
5. Storing, labeling, and dating food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Completing required documentation and reports.
7. Ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
8. Taking customer orders and preparing quick-serve items.
9. Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Using approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
11. Resolving customer concerns and performing other duties as assigned.
