Responsibilities

• Product knowledge.
• Proper portioning of products.
• Proper production of products using recipes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils and small-wares.
• Unload delivery trucks and stock shelves with food and supplies.
• Clean dining room and storefront.
• Bathroom cleanliness.
• Communicate with team about product quality, shortages, and comments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant work area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
