Oak Crest Village at Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Prep Cook in Parkville, MD. You will contribute to signature dining programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens.

Qualifications

• Assist in the consistent preparation of all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station.
• Use your culinary talents to prepare and assemble high quality menu items that drive resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.
