We seek 1–2 years of kitchen experience and mastery of knife skills, with a health-conscious, no seed oil focus. This on-site position offers growth as the brand expands from its first location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a scratch-cooking environment.
• Mastery of basic knife skills is required.
• Experience in a no seed oil or health-conscious environment is a plus.
• Reliable early-morning availability and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• The Scratch Standard: Execute daily prep lists with total accuracy. Follow recipes exactly to maintain our promise of all-natural ingredients and zero seed oils.
• Technical Precision: Maintain consistent knife cuts and portioning to ensure uniform cooking and presentation.
• Volume Management: Manage time to complete high-volume prep tasks within designated timeframes.
