• We are hiring immediately for part-time PREP COOK positions.
• Location: Mayo Clinic - 501 State Street North, Waseca, MN 56093. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time; days may vary, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior cooking experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers according to health standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items following policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation and reports as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-service items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
