Job description

We are hiring immediately for part-time PREP COOK positions.

Location: Oshkosh GBH - 1917 Four Wheel Drive, Oshkosh, WI 54902. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; additional details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous cook or food service experience required. Willing to train!

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers according to applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
  • Complete and follow worksheets and logs; taste for quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment after use.
  • Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete documentation as required.
  • Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take customer orders and prepare quick-service items.
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Use approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
  • Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
