You will follow daily schedules, maintain production sheets, log waste, and ensure quality and safety by adhering to HACCP guidelines. This position requires efficient service and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans department equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, logs and reports as needed.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly; handles multiple stations.
