• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.
• Prepares food as directed by the Chef or Shift Leader to the specifications of recipes and standards.
• Follows standardized recipes and/or presentation procedures to specific detail.
• Assists in the preparation of all pantry and hot line items for daily service.
• Properly stores and labels all food products.
• Able to perform related duties in any station or outlet assigned.
• Assists with daily specials.
• Meets or exceeds industry standards for preparation, serving, and storing of food.
• Ensures that the working area is clean and sanitary in accordance with local, state, and federal health department codes.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of one year experience in food preparation; experience in fine dining is preferred.

• Ability to obtain a valid Racing License (the company will provide the application).
