Your Role

As a Restaurant Pantry Prep Cook, you will perform daily operations and food preparation, maintain culinary equipment, and work on-site reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.

What You'll Do

• Prepare popovers and strawberry butter.
• Bake pastries and specialty bread.
• Prep soups and garnish for FOH.
• Assist hot & cold line with prep items such as braise mirepoix, sauce kits, salsa, salads, etc.
• Support catering and event menu item preparation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and complete daily side work.
