• Able to work from production schedules and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items according to recipes and production sheets.
• Completes daily worksheets and waste log; tastes for quality.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Serves customers efficiently and resolves concerns.
