Job summary

Eurest at GE Aviation in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a full-time Prep Cook to support high-volume production and guest service on-site. You will follow recipes, production schedules, and safety standards while working a Monday–Friday schedule with some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High volume prep experience and kitchen knowledge required.
• Knife skills and sanitation practices required; banquet experience is a plus.
• Follow production schedules and recipes to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to daily production schedule and recipes.
• Assists with item preparation on production sheets and portions.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores and labels food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders and serves customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Completes required documentation, logs, and reports as needed.
