Job summary

J. Alexander's Restaurant in San Antonio is seeking a Prep Cook to join a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment. The role emphasizes accurate food preparation, adherence to recipes, and high standards of presentation within an open-kitchen layout.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary/prep cook experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens is required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
