  • We have an opening for a full-time PREP COOK position.
  • Location: Cloud HQ - 851 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, starting at 6:30 am; more details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous prep cook experience is required.
  • Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers following applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties:

  • Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
  • Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
  • Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste for quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment after each use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete required documentation and reports.
  • Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Use approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
  • Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
