Job Description: Prep Cook

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time Prep Cook position at Boston Scientific Arden Hills, Saint Paul, MN.

Location: 4100 Hamline Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55112. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior cooking or food service experience required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers following standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:

  • Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
  • Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
  • Complete worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment after use.
  • Store, label, and date food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take customer orders and prepare quick items.
  • Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
  • Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
  • Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
