Join to apply for the PREP COOK (FULL TIME) role at TouchPoint Support Services

We are hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK position located at Saint Johns Medical, 1923 South Utica Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; Wednesday through Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior prep cook experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
5. Store, label, and date all food items following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete required documentation and logs.
7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
