Job description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK position.

Location: 905 11th Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience in a corporate setting is preferred.

Pay Range: $20.60 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
