+ Location: Casady School - 9500 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

+ Requirement: Previous prep cooking experience in a K12 or higher education setting is preferred but not required.

*Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

+ Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
  3. Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
  4. Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
  5. Store, label, and date all food items according to policy. Follow HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
  7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
  8. Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
  10. Complete orders from steam tables and grill, serve customers at multiple stations.
  11. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper temperatures, and portion control.
  12. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
  13. Store, label, and date all food items according to policy.
  14. Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
  15. Resolve customer concerns.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
