• We have an opening for a full-time PREP COOK position.
• Location: Pimco - 650 Newport Center Drive Apt 3, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior culinary experience is required.
• Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers following applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items per recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation and reports as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
