• We are hiring immediately for full-time PREP COOK positions.
• Location: Fresh and Ready Middletown - 3201 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA 17057 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Shifts start at 6:00 a.m., including one weekend day. More details upon interview.
• Requirements: Experience in prep cooking, grilling/frying, and excellent knife skills.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use.
• Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation and reports.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Utilize approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
