  • We are hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK position.
  • Location: Tabor Academy - 85 Spring Street, Marion, MA 02738. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary, afternoons and weekends required. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior culinary experience and ServSafe certification preferred.

  • Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
  • Complete and follow worksheets, taste meals for quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment after use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete documentation and reports as required.
  • Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take customer orders and serve efficiently and courteously.
  • Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
  • Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
