Location: Emmanuel College

  • We are hiring immediately for full-time PREP COOK positions.
  • Address: 181 Spring Street, Franklin Springs, GA 30639. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items on production sheets following established recipes and quantities.
  • Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals to ensure quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment after each use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Complete orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
  • Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, temperature, and portion control.
  • Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
