We are hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK position.

Location: IBM Raleigh - 3039 Cornwallis Road, Durham, NC 27709. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Prior cooking and food service experience is required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers according to applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow daily worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use.
• Store, label, and date all food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-prep items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
