Location: Beckman Coulter - 1000 Lake Hazeltine Dr. Chaska, MN 55318. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full or part time; Monday - Friday, Day shift.

Requirement: One or more years in a similar capacity preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use.
• Store, label, and date all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grills, serve at multiple stations.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper temperatures, and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
