We are hiring immediately for full and part-time PREP COOK positions.

Address: Bowling Green State University - 931 East Wooster, Bowling Green, OH 43403. Note: online applications only.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers according to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
  3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
  4. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
  5. Store, label, and date all food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
  7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
  8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
  11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
